Vamp was, to put it simply, an absolute terror. Her insatiable desire for action, attention, and most importantly, shiny things led her on a truly stunning crime spree lasting month and costing the city millions. Her superpower, the ability to influence others to follow her will with just her voice, meant she was virtually untouchable if she was within earshot.
Julien, of course, didn't appreciate the glaring misconception, but he practically ate up the attention. Hence his current position: answering the door in full villain outfit to who he could only assume was the journalist who'd contacted him a couple weeks ago. He wanted an interview, which Vamp was happy to give. "You're the journalist, right?" He looked him up and down.
Agnolo was a journalist by profession. A pretty good one at that. He was pretty close to a promotion, he could feel it. He'd been there for almost five years now, so hopefully something stuck. Regardless, Agnolo got superpowers instead of his promotion. It wasn't all bad, just the entire city's needs all in his hands.
Wanting to impress, he decided to take down Vamp. A powerful super villain, almost unstoppable. Though, Agnolo had constructed a fool proof plan. Get in, get a story, beat up Vamp, save the city. Flawless. Right? "Yes, I am. Agnolo Biondi, Vamp, ma'am."
"Ma'am? I'm probably younger than you," he frowned, leaning his back against the large steel door to well-hidden (until now, being that he'd given MapQuest directions to a journalist here) secret hideout.
Agnolo waved a hand. "I didn't mean anything by it, I simply wanted to be polite." Vamp was actually gorgeous up close. "I'm very impressed by your secret hideout, Vamp."
"Oh?" He visibly lit up, lips turning up into a smile in spite of himself. Flattery definitely worked on Vamp. "Let me show you the rest, okay?" He took Agnolo's hand to guide him inside.
Agnolo smiled and followed Vamp in, looking around as they entered into a large hall. "Did you build this all yourself? It's amazing."
Julien shook his head. "Nope!" he announced, turning around with a swish of his cape. "I mean, when you have a superpower like mine, you really don't have to do much to get what you want. The real challenging part is finding people who are capable of doing what you want them to." He led Agnolo to a large sitting room with a couple overstuffed couches. Swathed in deep red velvet, of course, to math Vamp.
Agnolo smiled. She may be a super villain, but she had style. He waited for Vamp to sit before he did, pulling out a memo book he tucking into his suit jacket. "Well, whoever made it did a fine job."
"Thank you!" Julien chirped, relaxing on the armchair opposite Agnolo while he took out his memo book. "So! I've never been interviewed before. What kind of questions do you have?"
Agnolo sat up some, looking up. "Well, I had some general questions to get us started." With a pause, he flipped to an empty page in the book. "Tell me about you. You don't have to tell me about personal stuff, secret identities and stuff, just...what you like to spend your time doing. A normal day in the life of Vamp."
Julien relaxed some into his chair, laying his head on the arm and curling up to sink into the seat. Questions like this would be easy-- he was more than happy to talk about himself, especially to a man as cute as Agnolo. "Well, I spend a lot more time not being Vamp, I guess. I used to have some really shit jobs before I found out about my superpower, but now that I can just tell the bank teller to give me lots of money, I stopped showing up to those..." He made a thoughtful noise. "I guess I just do what I feel like now. If I wanna go on a date, I do. If I wanna fly to Milan, I can do that. Same if I wanna rob a jewelry store." He chuckled.
Agnolo scribbled down all that he could about Julien's response, then looked up. "Sounds like you're more of a spontaneous type. Do you ever plan something out when you're going to steal it?"
Julien shook his head, grinning. "Nope! Never." He paused for a moment, then leaned in. "Do you think other super villains do that?"
Agnolo blinked some. "Well, I suppose so. I haven't actually talked to many super villains." He chuckled some. "You're the first actually."
He couldn't help but giggle. "Well, I guess most of them wouldn't wanna talk to journalists," he replied thoughtfully, tapping at his chin. "I was nervous about it, myself."
Agnolo tilted his head after scribbling some. "Why is that?" He asked.
Julien made a pouty face. "Well, you could have called the police, or some superhero or whatever," he replied.
Agnolo looked down. "Well, that's not really how a journalist thinks. If I called the police here, there'd be no way I could get my story. Sometimes you have to take risks." With a pause, he spoke again. "Aside from that, I wanted to talk about you. What made you decide you wanted to become Vamp?"
Julien adjusted in his chair to throw his legs off the other arm, tapping his chin again while he thought about it. "Originally I thought maybe I could use my ability to help people," he replied thoughtfully. "But I look better in dark colors, and I thought it would be easier to just do what I want. It was all the people on the news who decided to call me Vamp."
It seemed like such a silly reason for hurting people. Though, he supposed he could never understand how super villains thought. "That's fair," he said. "I also understand you've never killed anyone. Is that because you have a code, or it's just so happens to be that way?"
"A code?" Julien repeated, giggling a little. "That's a weird way to put it. I guess... killing people is wrong. I'd feel horrible if someone ended up dead because of me." He was more serious now; it was very obviously not a lie.
Agnolo smiled. "I wish a lot more super villains, if they had to be super villains, could be like you, Vamp. I think the world would be a better place." He spoke Ashe was writing. It seemed like Vamp was just a person who liked to have a lot of fun. "Have you seen that tabloids saying you have a nonsuper boyfriend?"
Julien still thought it was a weird way to phrase all that, but he appreciated the flattery nonetheless. The next question made him frown. "No one's even come close to guessing who I am," he said flatly. "How could all those magazines try and say they know who I'm dating if they don't even know my real name?" He huffed. "I'm single, anyway."
Agnolo was still smiling. "Oh! Good." He realized what he's said and rectified it. "I mean. Um. They can't know who you are, obviously." He was embarrassed now. How did he recover from admitted he was happy she was single? You didn't, he thought.
Julien's eyes widened a bit. Sitting up some from where he was lounging, he looked Agnolo over. "Were you asking that for the interview, or yourself...?" It was hard to tell how he felt about it, since he had a mask on and all.
Agnolo cleared his throat. "A little for both. W-Would you ever want a boyfriend?" This was a bad line of questioning. He should change. Though, he really did want to know.
Julien blinked. He didn't expect this today, but Agnolo was cute, so why not? "Well, sure, but he'd have to be good at keeping secrets. And flexible." He watched the journalist curiously.
Agnolo didn't bother writing any of that down. "Fair enough. What about for looks?" He smiled back at Vamp, but his face was flushed.
He shrugged. "Tall. Italian. Has to have nice hands," he replied, describing the man before him. Would he actually have an affair with a journalist? How exciting!
Agnolo looked at his hands in shock. Were they nice? He sure hoped so. "Really?" He asked. "That sounds like someone I know." He said. "In fact, he's pretty close by."
Julien covered his face as he giggled some. "Hey, is it unethical to flirt with the person you're interviewing?" he asked, still perfectly unaware that he was any kind of superhero.
Agnolo was painfully aware, and was painfully aware how unethical it was to be a super hero and do this, let ALONE a journalist. "It is, but isn't this fun?"
Julien was charmed, and just impulsive enough to agree. "It's very fun, but you'll have to agree to keep it off the record," he replied.
Agnolo was on cloud nine, but in hell at the same time. "You have my word." He paused. "So what does the Vamp do in her spare time."
Julien tilted his head. "Do you want the on-the-record or off-the-record answer for that one?" If they were going to keep flirting, he didn't want to hold back-- but he didn't want too much going in whatever Agnolo wrote.
Agnolo put the memo down and kept it down. "Off the record. We'll get back to the interview in a little bit."
Julien nodded, leaning in now with an absolutely devious grin. "I love adrenaline," he confessed, eating up the way Agnolo's eyes didn't leave him for a moment. "Roller coasters, dancing in clubs, sex in strange places." Under his mask, his cheeks were pink.
Agnolo chuckled, scooting closer. "I can see it. Honestly, I love the same thing." He thought on it. "Maybe that's why I showed up here to begin with."
"You should try being a villain with me," he giggled, slinking off his chair and onto his knees, crawling over to kneel before Agnolo. His gloved hands touched his knees. "I've never felt anything more thrilling."
Agnolo waved a hand. "I don't know if it would suit me." Being a hero was the more thrilling side for him.
His lip stuck out in a pout, but he didn't stop what he was doing, hands moving up Agnolo's legs and nudging them apart, just a bit. "Do you have any more questions?" Fingers tapped at his thighs curiously. Quite built for a journalist.
Agnolo looked down to him. This really wasn't the best idea. "Not at the moment. Anything for me, Vamp?" He asked, though he wasn't considering that she might be onto him.
Julien shook his head. Honestly, he should have been suspicious, but his head was a bit clouded by lust and excitement. "Nope. Just enjoying the view."
Agnolo smiled, moving up a hand to stroke her face. "Me too." He said. "Yknow, I didn't come here for this but I am happy it happened."
"Wait!" Julien exclaimed, leaning back some. He'd almost forgotten! "I do have a question. Are you straight?"
Agnolo blinked some. Was he straight? Agnolo spoke cautiously. "I mean...not completely. I guess there's a part of me that is....I'm bi..." he completed. "Why?"
He nodded sagely. "Well, I don't have what you probably think I have," he replied, moving his hands to just the tips of Agnolo's knees. "Are you still interested?"
Agnolo was expecting a woman, though now he wasn't sure. "Absolutely." He replied.
His face lit up. "Oh, good," he sighed, laying his head on Agnolo's lap now. "I'm still really cute under the spandex."
Agnolo smiled, petting his head now. "I bet. You're not as bad as some people like to pain you to be." He said.
"I think I'm pretty bad," he chuckled, closing his eyes while Agnolo stroked his hair. "I can show you. How bad I am."
Agnolo tilted his head some. "I want you to. Do you mind?" He asked.
He shook his head. "I don't mind," he sighed, reaching his hands up to undo Agnolo's belt and zipper. Julien looked up to Agnolo as he scooted in closer, hands now lightly touching at the inside of his thighs. Would he go in for more? Or wait for Julien? He hesitated to find out.
Agnolo waited on Julien, looking down to him. "Vamp," he said. "I'm actually really excited." He flushed.
"Me too," he hummed, using a hand to angle Agnolo's half-hard arousal into his mouth.
Agnolo hugged, leaning back some. "Thats good," he mumbled it.
Encouraged by the praise, he took more into his mouth, inching down more and more until the tip of his nose brushed the bit of hair below Agnolo's navel. For a moment, he lingered there, applying suction as he came right back up.
Agnolo made a whine as Julien moved, his hand resting on Julien's head. He didn't push down, but he had thought about it a few times.
Julien kept wondering if Agnolo would push his head down, but it seemed like he'd just keep his hand there for now. Well, in any case... he took him down to the base again, then back up, working himself into a rhythm.
